Hi,
I purchased HP Notebook HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0104AX from flipkart yesterday. I am hearing a creaking noise from hinges while opening and closing the lid. Is it normal or should I replace the item?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are hearing a creaking noise from the hinges when you open and close the laptop.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
As you have mentioned that you bought the laptop yesterday, and the hinges are new and that could be a reason why the noise is coming from the hinges. However, if you wish you can return the laptop and get a replacement or you can contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
