I proceeded to order a laptop and found that i wanted to change some specs. 2 days later. well got a hassle and had to cancel entire order. note already charge for order. so i built a 2nd laptop and again not being computer savvy. i needed to change the specs again. less than tow days later. I got charged again. tried to cancel both orders, i was told it was at there discretion, mean while these computers are not even built yet! unbelievable. Now as far as i can tell, HP is building and sending my two laptops I do not want, Plus they charged my credit 1700.00 dollars. unbelievable it took 3 days to talk to someone and they were suppose fix this. Got to be the worst experience with a company i ever had. Amazon best buy no problems with changes or returns. no questions asked. so now i have to wait for computers to be shipped and then return them. Be charged a restocking fee most likely. Extremely sorry I got involved with HP. There web site just drives you in circles, totally Sucks! I am so disappointed.
