Hi! I have had the model on Subject for the last 1.5yrs. Last week i noticed the upper left area of the keyboard was a bit swollen.
After chicking, noticed that it was indeed pretty swollen so decided to open the back of it and got to the battery.
Once open, saw that the battery is HUGELY Swollen, so first things first, took it off.
Before opening, made a battery test and it showed 100% status, and it was easily reaching around 5 to 6 working hours.
It is weird that a battery not to old has this issue.
Of course my device is out of warranty, and now need to know where to get the battery replacement, or even better, to know if HP can help me with this case.
I Bought the laptop at Walmart in Miami Lakes area, now i{m living in Argentina, but have family still in Miami.
Looking forward to get a quick solution!
Cheers.
Max.
