Hi!

Pls forward the HP solution .

I have the same issue with my 360.

Can you recommend a legit HP service center in Manila, Philippines?

I have been looking at different service centers but they have no available screen replacement..

HP Recommended

My pavillion 360 too has screen popping out. Local service center says only solution is to replace entire screen. Is it so? why should i spend a fortune to rectify what is clearly hardware failure by HP?

HP Recommended

My screen is also popping out on my Pavillion X360. Everyone on this post is referring to the bottom right side of the screen popping out. It is apparent that this is an obvious manufacturer issue and should be covered by the manufacturer. HP customer service, please contact me on the steps needed to resolve this issue.

I've got a HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3 which cost over $2k new and my screen is popping out in the lower right corner exactly the same as everyone else.  That shows that it's not limited to just Pavilion or Spectre x360 models but is a manufacturer defect that is affecting the entire x360 line.  I'm up for whatever class action is necessary to get HP to step up and do the right thing.

No one sent me message. the only thing i was offered is to pay for a repair. Hp should at least be respectful and charge us something reasonable. like the cost of the part . how is this reasonable they are trying to profit from a manufacturers defect they caused.
