Hi, the left hinge on my Pavilion laptop failed last October so HP mended it free of charge because it was still under warranty. Now, less than a year later, it has failed again, two screws have simply fallen out of the casing, so the screen and keyboard sections are coming apart - despite only having moderate use.
Will this keep happening and will HP commit to paying for the repairs? It’s sad because I paid a lot of money for this laptop and I can see from other threads that this is a common problem.
Thanks.
