Hi everyone, i have a problem with my laptop.
Basically I bought my pc in an electronics store, but since I was not yet an expert, I came to find out that the pc has a "BIOS Administrator Password", which I never set, the store in question didn't report anything to me about it, and I tried everything, put standard password, remove the CMOS battery and wait 30 minutes and put it back, same thing with the battery connector, try to update the BIOS, NOTHING, this password doesn't want to delete itself, it seems to be melted into the pc.
Now I want to ask you, before I take the pc to a store, can you help me? Can I permanently remove this BIOS Administrator Password? Or am I forced to go to the store?
I hope you can help me and I thank anyone who can solve this problem of mine ♥️
