After the day it was solved, unfortunately, the battery problem comes back again.

 

The batttery percentage decreased from 95% to 68% during use and jumped back to 100% again after using the laptop for an hour. But the time remaining is giving an accurate data.

 

HP Battery Check gave red battery icon with replace (47) code. Full Charge Capacity problem comes back in 100% (3429mah). Design Capacity is rated 2800mah only. But, when I turned the laptop to sleep and afterwhile logged on in Windows, the battery percentage is now accurate. It gave the real percentage and time remaining.

 

So turning the laptop to sleep is my temporary fix for the issue for now.
