Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my laptop that I have not been able to solve, I would like someone to help me or advise me.

It is an HP ProBook 4530s Laptop, I bought it in Venezuela completely new and functional, I came to travel to Germany and since I have been here I have not been able to charge the battery.

 I decided to buy two batteries and a charger. When I tested them they still didn't charge, the batteries turned on the laptop perfectly, they kept it on, the charger works correctly, the laptop detects the battery and indicates that they are charging.

 I decided to do a diagnosis with hp Support and it told me that the two new batteries were bad. I decided to return them and order two more, upon receiving the new ones HP Support told me that I should do a calibration, but to do a calibration the laptop should be charging which it is not doing.

 I have noticed that the old battery indicates that its voltage is 11.1v and the new ones that I bought indicate 10.8v

 I present this problem here in Germany, in Venezuela the laptop was working correctly.

 What could I do to fix this problem?

 Thanks in advance.

I already carried out the aforementioned processes and the battery does not charge anything. I leave a photo of the led that my Laptop has.

When diagnosing with hp support it keeps saying I need to recalibrate

Hello @Khelkei

(1) Basically the report looks good:

The calibration message could be software bug or there is a technical (battery) problem ...

(2) --->>> Repeat the procedure

hello, I did the procedure again, factory reset the equipment. I left it connected for a long time and it can't charge.

Install in another W10 hard drive and I noticed that the battery symbol shows the charging animation but 1-2 seconds and then stops showing it.

I also noticed that, having connected the Notebook to the Power Supply, when removing the battery and reconnecting it, the notebook turns off

I'm thinking it might be a motherboard problem.

Thanks for all the help, I'll try to send it to an HP technical support
