No, you can't upgrade processor because it is soldered to the system board. You have to pay for new system board which has
(a) Motherboard,
(b) CPU / Processor
(c) Video card if available
(d) New Windows license (you can't reuse old license)
Because all 4 (or 3) above components are on one piece of hardware called system board.

(a) Select a system board on page 73 of the following manual

(b) Use system board part # to order from
http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx
If N/A, you can use part # to search elsewhere such as Amazon, eBay ...
