Hello everyone, i have been trying to find the correct RAM for my laptop but i can not seem to find my laptop specifically, i could use your help. It's a HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-bq0xx and i am looking to upgrade the RAM to its max capacity, thank you!

Below is the link to the crucial memory report for your notebook.
Accroding to the report you can add another 8 GB of memory to the existing one to max it out to 16 GB.

I would recommend the 8 GB DDR4-2400 memory module on the report if your notebook has two memory slots.

If you look at the memory info in chapter 1, it indicates the 15m-bq000 models have one memory slot.
But it also indicates a different model processor.
Your model's processor is listed under the first column and in that column it states there are two memory slots.
So, I recommend you open up the notebook first and confirm how many memory slots there are before buying the 8 GB memory module.
If there is only one slot, then you are at the max.
