Sir, I have cross checked the first one is 3200mhz only. Is it necessary to be CL20?

I think it has to be CL22 not CL20.

 

Look at the Crucial specs for the compatible memory they offer.

 

CL20 is a lower latency and the notebook may not be able to adjust to that latency and it won't boot up if it can't.

 

That's a lot of money to gamble on a part that may not work, unless you have a hassle-free return policy with no restocking fees.
