Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller won't install properly

I ran the file from the notebook driver list and at the end the notebook freezes with message removing backup files.

Then I need to power it off and power it on and it says that drivers for usb 3.0 host controller are not properly installed.

What is happening?How do I fix this issue?None of the USB 3.0 ports are working.

Please provide the product number of your notebook.

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

Also please post the hardware ID for the USB controller that needs the driver.

I need driver for USB Host Controller 3.0.

The one from th website doesn't work and freezes the notebook.

Why NEC Controller if it's Renesas?
