The right arm hinge of my laptop has broken and the corner of the screen was popping out. I opened my laptop just a moment ago to check on it, and now the bottom right of the screen has shattered due to the hinge bending it at an angle it shouldn't be. I can't open or close my laptop without the crack getting any worse. I'm afraid that the screen will stop working. I can't even bring it anywhere (to classes or to the repair shop) because I'm afraid that if I close it again, it will shatter even more. I'm in the middle of finals and am extremely frustred, I've had this laptop for just a bit over two years and am already experiencing many, many difficulties. It has not fallen, nor have I handled it roughly. Does anybody know what I can do or how much it would cost to repair it? 😞
