HP Envy x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The display screen of my laptop(HP ENVY x360 - 15t-aq200 CTO) recently started popping out of its cover at the left bottom corner. As a result I'm unable to close my laptop (fold it shut). Even if I try to adjust the angle of the screen, it starts separating from the cover. The screen works perfectly fine though(touchscreen too). I suspect that the left hinge might be damaged. Can you please inform me if there is any way to fix it or whether I need to replace the screen ?

I searched for spare parts on the official HP site  and found this: part no.: 856811-001  part name: 15.6 INCH PANEL KIT, LCD FHD BV SLIM TS but the website says that Part is not orderable in the HP Parts Store.

Please suggest a solution.

The problem is not the screen but the hinge. The laptop needs to be disassembled and the damage evaluated. I am going to try to escalate this matter to see if maybe there is some help HP will provide. If not post back and we can see if you can get it repaired.
