Why is IRST detecting none of my disk?

I have a Zbook 15 G3 that also has 2 M.2 slots. The hardware only supports RAID in the AHCI controller (SATA) and not in the NVME controller. Same results as you are seeing if you try to RAID a pair of NVME disks. They do not show up in IRST console.

The print is too small on the images you posted to really make much out of them. I think I see that Optane is disabled. I do not believe your BIOS allows Optane and the two are related. Optane is a type of NVME RAID and if the laptop can't do Optane acceleration it can't do NVME RAID.
