I'm very happy with my HP Spectre 360 which is still in warranty but has a couple issues.
1. A screw has come loose at the back of the laptop, this makes the laptop make clicking noises as I type and needs attention in case it becomes lost.
2. The silicone desk grips are peeling away and falling off the bottom of the laptop. This has never happened on any other laptop and I don't feel it's accpetable.
How can I get these things sorted to get my laptop back to new again? Please advise, thank you.

Hi,
You should contact HP support directly online in your country and explain the problem:
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/contact/laptops
You can also contact support on your PC by opening HP support assistant application (you can find in the start menu or the blue question mark symbol in the lower left of desktop). Go to tab support.
Hope it helps,
David

The first time I had the base plate replaced by a HP technician. Two weeks ago the same problem of the base plate being loose and clicking happened again. The same technician had a fiddle with it and returned it to me fixed. Now it is loose again. I need a permanent fix for this laptop that cost almost £2,000. Desperate to get this matter escalated to the appropriate level.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
