Hi

 

Sorry for my English.

 

Some drivers was not installed correctly.

 

 

Download all drivers from link:

http://support.hp.com/ru-ru/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-ac100-notebook-pc-series/8499326/model/9728679...

 

But during install at chipset drivers get error: "This drivers not for this platform".

 

At result i have 2 unknown device :

PCI Controller - PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_22DC&SUBSYS_80C5103C&REV_21
Ethernet LAN - PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_80C5103C&REV_07

 

Search info by hp support messages.

Find http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/pci/td-p/5504567

At this topic try install this drivers

I am install succefully,  but unknown device already in list. 😞

 

I try download driwer to realtek ethernet card from official site of Realtek. Driver install succefully, but unknown device Realtek Etherne in list exist ..

 

Can you help me?

See if these drivers work...

 

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_22DC

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71001-71500/sp71262.exe

 

If the driver doesn't install, try manually installing it from the device in the device manager by browsing to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.  The folder is located in C:\SWSetup\sp71262.  Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked.

 

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows support for the ID you posted.
