Ok so the issue is that I just sent my laptop to hp about a month or two ago and now I am just noticing that the bottom left spacer located beside the keyboard is sunk all the way in like it is below the metal casing and now I am scared to close my laptop because I want to make sure my display does not get damaged. I suspect that there was a mistake made when they were changing out the housing to the base of my notebook where the keyboard is. I will be contacting hp tomorrow but I wanted to see if anyone knows of a quick fix to get it back into place or has had this issue before. I really don't want to deal with sending it out for weeks again because I am currently in college and use it almost every day. Help plzz.

@MIGUEL1101516,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
