Product: HP Spectre 13-4003dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I seem to be having the same issue many other users of this laptop seem to have where the motherboard catches fire on the middle of the computer. The technicians I took it to said they haven't seen anything like it before and that it seems to be a common problem with this model after looking here on the support forum. Is there anything HP is doing to help users that are past the warranty period?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
