Help, I’ve seen this as a very well documented problem and asked sales for support. They told me that a tech support chat is an option, BUT upon entering serial number, that’s Not an option, so I’m posting here yet another complaint and request for HP to send me a replacement battery as theirs has swollen/pillowed and broken my PC as stated in the topic header.
Well HP, what can you do to mail me a replacement battery asap???
This is clearly a design flaw and defective battery condition for it to make my PC split apart and the space bar no longer work.
HP tech or product support please respond with a message. Thanks, Scott

Hi @Scott9393,
Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Take care and have a nice day.
