Hello,
Today I recieved the system fan (90B) error when I booted this morning. This just happened in October and was sent in for repair through HP, under warranty. However, that 90 day warranty period after repair has expired and now I have the same issue with no warranty. I use my laptop moderately, what would likely be considered average or less, and there is no way this issue should be occuring again as a result of overuse; this must be a known defect throughout the product line.
Regardless, a warranty is a warranty, what are my best options now?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
