Make sure you select the Country and Region.

Actually, I have contacted with HP representative in Russia before. I was forced to do it when one of official service center tryed to cheat me with the price for fixing. After my claim the service refuse its price but the computer was broken again. So they did not fix it.

Now your representative insists I continue to work with the service because they gave me a guarantee. But I doubt they can fix it. Therefore I posted here.

Now I have a closed loop. I do regret that buy the HP computer.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
