HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation IDS Base Model

I need a service to replace the battery on my Z-book Power G7.

The battery is reporting a failure and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Based on the age of your PC and battery, it appears it is no longer covered by your HP Warranty.

You have to contact HP directly in your country (using Whatsapp) if you would book a service. Battery of my machine failed, I booked last week, an engineer called me on Friday and confirm to get to my house on Monday (yesterday). He has not turned up yet.

Regards.
