What EXACTLY is your Pavilion x360 14-cd0xxx ? For example HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0077tu, its specs:

     https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-pavilion-14-cd0000-x360-convertible-pc/20283983/model/223995...

which has

  • 1 HDMI;
  • 1 headphone/microphone combo;
  • 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s);
  • 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Data transfer only)

Your machine could be the SAME and we can't use that port to charge it.

Regards.
