What needed to be done for replacement or repair? Please let me know what to do
After running PC Hardware Diagnostic Extensive Test I got UEFI test failure code
-QR code.
test logs list:
.Keyboard cancelled
.storage (Q) cancelled .
.USB ports failed
.Everything else passed

That's definitive proof of hardware failure which should be covered by warranty. This is a User to User Forum. You need to make a formal warranty claim.
