Yes even if it can be out of topic, I want to highlite a fact: I had some memory problem with this notebook. With my 3d modeling software it goes out of memory. I tried to chage a settings in bios chaging graphics fro Hybrid mode to Discrete mode because it seems Windows prefer using integraded processor video card stole memory from the RAM.
I think this setting can be related with the impossibility to modify RAM configuration.

Hello, I came back unfortunaltely with bad news. with Samsung memory the problem remains. I also noted EVEN if I Exchange one to each other, the existing two RAM benchs, the system do not stars. I think it is necessary to modify something in the bios first to apply o change memory configuration. Please came back with a reply as soon as possible

Hello and good Morning. After a nigth of search and test I came back with good news. Finally I was able to upgrade the memory. The solution is: WAIT. I waited 10 minutes with black screen and then PC restart. Initially there was an error message and memory goes at 2000MT/s but after I change the order i was able to start with no error messages and speed 3600MT/s.
I put original module 16G in bench 1 & 3 and a new one in bench 2. With the original memory speed was 4000MT/s and I want to make some additional test because the expected speed should be 5600MT/s. For sure shoul be better have the same memory for all benches but the messages for the topis is: after any memeory change restart and wait at least 10 mins. I hope this can be usefull for all of you.

Good news and that also works with my laptop! But I also experience the drop in RAM speed. There is no way in the BIOS to control the RAM speed. How do we get the RAM speed to 5600MHz like the specs specify should be possible? @Resistencia

That depends on the processor you have, if you have and I7 is 4800 if you have i9 is 5600.
5600
Intel® Core™ i9-13950HX Processor
4800
Intel® Core™ i7-13700HX Processor
5600
Intel® Core™ i7-13850HX Processor
4800
Intel® Core™ i5-13600HX Processor

Thank you for that information!
I have an i7-13850hx so the memory should be running at 5600MHz, which it doesn't 😕
The SO-DIMM's both are pc5600 but my (factory default) machine runs at 4000MHz with 32gb RAM and at 3200MHz with 64gb RAM.
What could be the cause of that?
