Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade thew ram but im unable to get the back off. I've removed all the screws but it won't come off. This is the product No. 15-g027au.

Hi,

 

You will have to remove few screws under the rubber feet and please note: this may damage those feet and could void warranty.

Unfortunately, many of the newer laptops are not user friendly when it comes to upgrades-and anything other than battery,kbd & CD/DVD drive is listed as Authorized Service Provider tasks. Your Maintenance & Service Guide :
