A HP 17-j029nr needs to be upgraded to run windows 11 . 16GB Ram upgraded already but what else needs to be upgraded and cost of parts and order numbers from where? to get windows 11 to run.?????????????????[personal info removed]

Hi:

 

Your notebook does not meet the Microsoft W11 hardware requirements.

 

The processor is too old.  Needs to be an Intel 8th generation core or newer processor, and you can't install one of those in your notebook.

 

There is no TPM 2.0 security device.

 

Your only option would be to use one of the W11 hardware check bypass methods to upgrade to W11.
