Hi everyone, today while I was using my laptop, i connected my bluetooth earphones, but when i connected them my usb port stop working, i don't know why, i've searched for solutions on internet but they didn't work, can you help me??

Not sure about the issue both the hardware and software are different it might be an issue with the driver conflict.

 

Did you make any hardware or software changes on your PC?

 

Try updating the BIOS and chipset driver on your PC and check if it helps.

 

 

1.Updating the BIOS  & Windows updated

 

You can try updating the drivers using the HP support assistant.

 

Refer to this article to know more information about using HP support assistants.
