Ventilator noise

Ventilator of the laptop makes that high sound noise the sound is very loud my collegues are unable to do their work becaus of this very irritating sound , it fills the room and makes it impossible to concentrate, I want to change the product, This is impossible to work with this laptop. Costs us lot of money but cant use, Can you offer a solution to this? now we are very disappointed,, Hope you can help.
