I want to expand to max memory on my laptop. The user manual seems to indicate 12GB is supported, if I am reading it correctly (top of page 2). But there are other sites that say 16GB or even 32GB. Anyone know?
12 GB (8GB + 4GB) supported: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05975208
Memory America says 16GB: https://www.memoryamerica.com/HPPavilion-x360-Convertible-15-cr0xxx.html
Crucial says 32 GB: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-x360-15-cr0xxx-models

See p. 29. There are two memory slots. It's DDR4 so it will take 2 x 16 = 32 gigs. This is unofficial but proven to be true hundreds of times. So much so Crucial offers 32 gig kits and will refund no questions asked should it not work.

Thanks so much, Huffer! I was hoping this would be the case. This is probably not the right place to ask, but would you know the difference between a Crucial 32GB kit and two 16GB separately? I'm assuming they're one and the same?
