Can I upgrade my ram? I don't know how much slots I have. If I can upgrade then how much and what type of Ram would be suitable?

The specs of your machine is

It has 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) and supports 16GB (2 x 8GB) max. You can upgrade to
(a) 8GB: add same 4GB to slot 2 or use the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct51264bf160b/ct6928323
(b) 16GB: install 8GB each to both slots using following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct2kit102464bf160b/ct6928326
