When I connect Adobe support, they said it's caused by the graphics card, But I can't install windows 10 DCH Drivers.

Your machine is a CTO machine therefore we do not have its specs. Probably it is a machine from the HP 15-dc0xxx series. Looks like it is an Omen machine and it is more than enough power to run Photoshop. I bought my HP Omen 15-dc0xxx machine 18 months ago just for photos and videos using Adobe products.
The series has few Nvidia options, do you know which one is on your machine ? Please go to the following link to download and
(a) Reinstall Intel HD driver first,
(b) Then Reinstall Nvidia driver.
Regards.

@Banhien
Thank you so much for helping me, Do you mean I should download Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver(Windows 10 v1903), which post at on Jun 24, 2019? The graphic card I have now is inter UHD graphics 630. Would it cause any problem when I reinstall an old version?
best

You can install Realtek Audio if you wish. And normally we use the newer one for Intel UHD 630.
Regards.
