My pc product is J9M24UA#ABA and model is 15-1024wm

my pc keeps restarting while finishing updating and setting up the windows 10. On the screen, it’s says there’s a problem and says it have to plugged in but it’s plugged in. The screen keeps restarting with a black screen blink during just a minute part.
