Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I upgrade my EliteBook with 8 GB RAM (1 Module) and my laptop keeps restarting on Windows 10 Logo, all test (Except hard drive) failed and reboot my laptop again.

 

Memory RAM Spec

Size: 8 GB

PC3-10600

CL9 204 pin

SO-DIMM

 

Kingston KVR1333D3S9/8G

 

Any advice?

Hi:

 

You can only install 2 x 4 GB of memory in your notebook.  An 8 GB module will not work.

 

There is very specific memory you have to install.  Just going by the specs won't work.
