My mistake for the cable.

They had the same part number of 455MW332L01 so I thought it would work.

If the caddy doesn't even fit, is this perhaps why the cable doesn't reach?

This is not the part number:

 

455MW332L01

 

The caddy is likely too thick. 

 

It would be a stroke of weird luck if anything other than the HP Part number listed in the Service Manual for this model would work.

I can't even find the part listed in the manual anywhere are there any UK websites where I can purchase of from thanks
