Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am totally frustrated with HP support and service. Impossible to speak to anyone. I filed a service case number January 25th and have heard nothing since. I was on hold for 45 minutes trying to get my service pack issue resolved, when the call dropped. my Spectre x360 does what everyone is saying here. Says it is plugged in, not charging. It charges to 87% but no more. I ran the battery test and got an error code. No one or nothing is giving me any further help. HP making it increasingly difficult and frustrating to get any sort of help. Seems both the telephone support and the peer-to-peer response is TEMPORARILY BACKLOGGED. I am having issues with a new color laser printer too, but haven't even been able to get to that yet! Is anybody out there?!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
