Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

recently a crack emerged near the power button. the crack deepens if i try to shut my laptop. maybe it is because of the hinges, i am not sure. i still have my extended warranty active.

please check into this and revert.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
