Hi:
You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure:
Your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports the much faster performing NVMe SSD's so you may want to look into buying one of those instead of another slow poke mechanical hard drive.

Hello again, I was just wondering if I change the disk, how will I install Windows and where can I find the key for it. I will definitely buy a new m2 SSD drive. Thank you for the first answer, it is very helpful

Hi @george360
the 16 GB SSD is an Intel optane memory that accelerates the HDD, that is not usually damaged, the HDD is damaged, but if you are going to put an M.2 NVME, you must remove the 16 GB intel optane, then you can replace the damaged HDD with a 2.5” SSD to have a secondary storage unit.

You're very welcome.
The product specs didn't mention the Intel Optane memory, just the drive.
Go into the BIOS and if there is a setting to disable the Intel Optane memory, disable that first before installing a NVMe SSD.
See the link below. It also pertains to notebook PC's.
HP Desktop PCs - Install and use Intel Optane | HP® Support
Some notebooks have a BIOS setting to enable/disable the Intel Optane memory, and some do not.
To reinstall W11, you can make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
After W11 has completed installing, you can install the W10 drivers and available software from your notebook's support page if W11 doesn't install all of the drivers automatically.

Thanks, @resistencia
But this is the link I found for the specs: No mention of a M.2 Intel Optane memory chip.

I understand what you are telling me.
What I don't think you understand is that I used a different specification link which I posted above, and it only shows a 1 TB hard drive.
