Product: HP OMEN Laptop 15-en0013nb

I am buying a laptop for my study, this is the best laptop i fould for 1000euros.
The problem is that i can only buy it in azerty, but i need qwerty. 
If i would buy it in qwerty, it would cost 1300euro.

My question is can i move the caps to rearrange the keyboard from azerty to qwerty.

I read online that with some models laptops this is not available.

Does anyone know if this is possible with this model?

(HP OMEN Laptop 15-en0013nb)

 

(yes i know you can change it in the software but im not talking about that)
