its becoming slow, i use to play games with the laptop, but now its not as fast as it was, like it takes usual time to load google chrome or open a page on chrome or any other browser, even with the internet at its max.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you are wondering if you can upgrade the ram from 4 gig to 8 gig. You can find this information in the manual

 

(21) Memory modules (2, PC3, 12800, 1600-MHz):
 8-GB memory module 670034-001
 4-GB memory module 641369-001
 2-GB memory module 652972-001

 

It would not hurt going through the following troubleshooting document. HP PCs - Slow Internet Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎
