Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

just got this laptop less than 90 days ago and even though I have been extremely careful with it, several keys keep falling or popping off for no reason and I can't get them to go back on. I have tried contacting the chat and support agents, I've tried calling but I can't get them to help me. I have full accidental damage coverage - why can't I get them to help me?
