Hello Everyone,
I have a HP Envy x360. I just changed the battery and the keyboard stopped working. The mouse pad is functional. I have confirmed the driver is up to date. Any suggestions on how to fix? I really didn't want to reopen the notebook without checking all options.
Thanks!

That would indicate to me that you either inadvertently damaged the connection at the keyboard or header on the system board or the connections are not quite completely made during assembly of your notebook.
There is no other option but to open it and verify that the connections are properly made.
An external fix is not possible.
