HP Recommended
HP Convertible x360 11-ab0XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade my RAM from 4 to 8 gb of my HP Convertible x360 11-ab0XX.

I bought a 8GB DDR4-2400 SOOIMM  BUT IT DIDN´T  FET,  (the distribution of the teeth was different)

What card should I get?

Thanks.

@jorgesan

What is your HP Convertible x360 11-ab0XX  ? For example

                 HP x360 - 11-ab011dx

Your machine should be very close specs and the above machine has 4 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) RAM, that explains why your DDR4-2400 RAM won't fit.

Regards.

Its specs

       https://usermanual.wiki/Document/11AB013LA.207182126.pdf

which says it has  Memoria: 4 GB DDR3L de SDRAM (1 DIMM) now.

It only has 1 slot of RAM and you can replace 4GB with 8GB (max) using the following compatible RAM
