Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My old battery doesn't hold charge (YB06XL) I bought a replacement battery from Amazon (twice) same model no.  and installed Unable to charge or even switch on teh laptop when connected with / without charger connected  I need help  Im sure theres nothing wrong with my installation or the 2 new batteries ( i thought it maybe a new battery issue so returned and bought another battery same model type. Sill no success  any ideas Is it to do with updating software or calibration Totally lost !!

From page 22 of its manual, your machine uses 6-cell, 84–WHr, 3.64Ah, Li-ion battery part # 928372-855 which is N/A from HP now. Please try
