Then I tried a full system recovery using the HP recovery manager and the build in recovery partition -> It failed at the middle of the process with the error message "restoration incomplete"
So I tried an USB recovery key which I had create after the purchase of the notebook. I choose the "full factory recovery" option. Unfortunately, I rapidely get the error code OxEFFFFF23
Then I tried to create an up to date recovery key using the HP cloud recovery tool. It failed again because the product id was not recognized (T1K87EA#ABF) despite it's the solution mentioned on the product home page
