Hi!

When I start my PC a blue screen appears and shows this message "PC ran into a problem, we are collecting some error info and we will restart for you".

After restart I opened my Event viewer app and found this error info;

Participant: TCPU [1]
Domain: Invalid [0]

Please tell me what should I do in order to resolve this issue?

@KingGoji

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting Bluescreen errors on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105800.exe

Graphics: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101501-102000/sp101972.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
