Hi!

When I start my PC a blue screen appears and shows this message "PC ran into a problem, we are collecting some error info and we will restart for you".

After restart I opened my Event viewer app and found this error info;

Please tell me what should I do in order to resolve this issue?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting Bluescreen errors on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
