My HP envy x360 2-in-1 laptop refuses to let me log in or restart in safe mode
I'm concerned that a hacker may have changed my passcode because it kept on saying I was entering the wrong passcode and wouldn't accept my finger print, which I've never had issues with in the past.. Is there any way for me to reboot my computer?
It also says that I have entered the pin number wrong multiple times and keeps on prompting me to answer a1b2c3
It gives the picture of the fingerprint sign in option but it does not seem to actually register. I have the fingerprint option setup.
I also just installed an update the computer so I'm also concerned that there was something wrong with the update.
It usually shows forgot passcode button, but it's not there.
Help me save my computer!!
