You must have a newer model probook that came with a newer version of W7 Pro with downgrade rights from W8, 8.1 pr W10 pro.  Those won't have W7 product keys.

What model Probook do you have, or what product number is it?

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

Please do not post the serial number.

Hi:

What version of W7 do you need?  Home or Pro?

You would need to be able to use the W7 product key on your notebook's case to activate the installation.

I think it’s pro

Correct the only thing is the windows 8 upgrade tab on the back, all the laptop has is probook and no model type

Would the serial number be inside?

You should be able to find the product number or model number in the BIOS's system information window.

Turn on the PC, tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F10 setup option and press the enter key.

You should be able to find some identifying info there regarding the product number or model number.
