Hi,
I Have a HP Victus 16-d1008NT laptop.
And this is my Driver update page from HP:
My Problem:
I updated my Windows 11 version from 21H2 to 22H2 version with Insider Preview . My bios version updated after this windows upgrade F.06 >> F.10 . But F.10 bios is not correct bios for my laptop. If you look driver page you will see this " Latest Bios version is F.06" but i dont know How windows updated my bios from f.06 to f.10.
After this Bios , CPU Single Core performance downed - 20%. My cpu had 4.7ghz single core boost clockbefore this bios update, now my cpu has 4.1 ghz single core boost clock....
I tried downgrade my bios version but this is not working, i think HP not allow to downgrade bios version.
So i need a big help...

Hello @MIBayrak
(1) Something is wrong here. It looks like HP rolled out BIOS F.10 some time ago and it caused problems because it's currently no longer available in HP software repository. This is suspicious !
(2) Bad news: HP prevents BIOS downgrade !
Latest bios -> BIOS F.06 Rev.A
(3) HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support. They should fix everything
Kind reagards

MIBayrak,
just so you know you can do it yourself. There have been many successful rollbacks on Victus 16 machines with the Win+B trick.
Ask around on those threads if you need more help.....

According to the announcement by HP https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c07009542 several months after the whitepaper, Microsoft got rights to update the firmware on our BIOS chips as they saw fit. This is why you can't see the BIOS version on HP site. MS Windoze gave it to you, not HP.
Anyways, as I said earlier the Victus 16s can downgrade successfuly with keyboard Hotkey Win+B. You will use version F.06 from HP site and downgrade to that.... Please visit one of the relevant threads I posted earlier to ask for the specifics from people that have actually done it. However, it's 100% doable according to the posts.... And there are many such posts spanning out for many years.
There is also this altenative method:
